Hello, I am new to the platform and my sitter left a reply to the review I gave her asking me a question. I don’t see a place to reply and answer her. How can I do that?
You can’t. Each side can only reply once.

Members know that you are not able to respond. I wouldn’t think it would matter at all.
The important thing is to be factual and reasonable. Having a discussion via reviews never turn out good. A public row will backfire.
If it is a legitimate answer and not only a discussion, you can send her a private message.
I think most sitters would know that you can not respond to her comment. If you would like to reply to her question, you can use your inbox
I’m assuming you gave her fewer than 5 stars. If the discourse has been cordial, you can answer her question via the method you’ve used for communication (THS inbox, WhatsApp, text..). If it has been contentious, however, I would just drop it rather than risk an accusation of harassment on either side.
You must have at least one message in your inbox from this sitter, the original application for the sit. They don’t expire, they can only be moved to the “archive” folder. All you need to do is find that message, or any other one by that sitter, open it up and reply to it.
It’s rather surprising that this sitter has been in your home and yet you don’t have any other way of contacting them.
It is a huge leap to assume that OP has no way of contacting the sitter. They asked if they could reply to a reply. They didn’t say that they had no other contact info.
They asked “how” they can reply, not “if” they can reply. I offered a few suggestions.

If you merely want to answer the sitter’s question, you can use your previous communication route.
However, if you wanted to answer the question AND have it visible to other members, I am afraid that cannot be done. As others have already stated, replies are limited to one only.
The subject line of the post clearly asks whether they can reply to a reply.

This is not helpful.
The THS software does not allow you to reply to a reply. Perhaps send a complaint to customer service and wait for the issue to be addressed to your satisfaction.
