So sometimes I need or would like to check something in archived messages. I can do it on the website but not on the app, no matter how much I touch/press/scream, it won’t let me into the archive. Had no trouble doing it in the past but last few weeks it doesn’t work. On android phone. Any suggestions?

That sounds frustrating!
I have passed the details over to the Tech team and asked if this is a bug. I’ll let you know if I get anything back from them.
If anyone else has experienced the same, it’d be good to know.

I just checked on my app with Android phone and it worked.
Upon entering the inbox, I don’t see the Archived messages header unless I swipe down a bit and then I tap on the right-pointing arrow and voila!
Otherwise, I find exiting the app often works (not even needing to close it or uninstall/reinstall) or a phone restart. It is a quirky one.
@MaggieUU thanks you. Yes, that’s what I normally do without any issues but now even that is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried shutting down and restarting, done exactly as you do but it still doesn’t work. No idea

Just popping my head in to say that this has been confirmed and raised as a bug - I will keep you updated once I know more
