I use the web interface. My inbox contains numerous people with “currently not active” that I want to get rid of…either by deleting them or archiving them, however nothing happens when I click on those entries. Any suggestions?
I have the same issue, and THS has told me there’s nothing to be done about it. It’s terrible UX.
There’s nothing we can do to “cleanup” the in box. There’s a lot left to be desired in the THS UX, and they don’t seem to care. I have suggested they changed this to no avail.
If you download the App, you can archive the ‘currently inactive members’ there.
If you don’t use the App at all, then do email support@trustedhousesitters.com to help you.
I’m afraid you won’t be able to archive or get rid of any “favourites” that are not active members either @jon4156. They just lurk there, making an unwieldy & cluttered list that you can’t sort into any order.
Is this still the case do you know? I have 7 ‘Currently not active’ in my inbox and it’s very annoying!! Thanks
What does currently not active mean? Their account has expired?
I am assuming that is the meaning.
So if they renew, you can then remove from Favourites I guess?
Hi @PetsSit … You may be able to archive them from your inbox on the App. Hopefully, that can work for you. It has been a known issue for a while which I am sure will be addressed in the new inbox once that is launched.
