Over the years there were about 10 listings that I added to Favourites but overlooked removing favourite and now it is inaccessable to remove the favourite. Each one indicates “Currently Not Active” but it makes keeping the list organized difficult and most of my actual current active listings require scrolling down and “Loading More”.
Hi @RMDenton If they’re on the website they can’t be removed. If you use the app, some can be archived by gently pressing on the photo and it will say Archive. I, too, have many “Currently Not Active” owners in my Favourites on the website and would dearly love to Archive them but it’s not possible at present. I’ve learnt my lesson and now Archive straight after I no longer need them in my Inbox.
I have the same problem with not being able to do anything with not active stats. How does someone become “currently not active”? It sounds like their membership is paused, and if so, it seems like they should automatically be archived and not visible anywhere, until their membership is reactivated. Can someone from tech support make that happen?

The currently not active members are members who have not renewed yet, so they can do this at any point. To also note, If they are archived and wish to send you a message, they do appear back in your inbox.
Generally, the ‘Favourite’ is much easier to view on the App than on the Website.
Tech are very aware of the Favourite issue of not being able to Archive, and will be working on a solution … unfortunately we do not have a time frame to give you. Apologies for the frustration in the meantime.
I have too many. Some I can remove via the drop down option on the Favourites list on the website. Others do not respond to being opened at all - could this be because they may no longer be THS members ? Even so I should be able to remove them, surely.
Please note that I do not use the App.

If you do not use the App and would like membership services to archive some of the inactive members from your inbox, please do email support at trustedhousesitters so they can help you do this on their side.

Trouble is the decision to archive is taken away from you if and when the owner becomes THS inactive.
