Can you anyone help me with changing my country of residence, I guess?
The issue is that I’m Canadian, but for some reason when I signed up, it assigned USA to my profile. Now, in order to verify my profile I need to have a background check, which I’d gladly do, if I only could. I’m being asked for a SSN and a US-issued ID, but I don’t have these, I’m from up North.
Is there a way to:
Change the country of residence?
Call Support? I chatted, but was informed that no one’s available to chat now and I will get a reply by email. So far, I didn’t even get a confirmation of starting the chat.
If you try the online chat again after 09:00 GMT you are more likely to be able to chat with a human ( rather than the robot ) you have to type “speak to an agent OR speak to a human”
