Confirming a sit

Hi
My home owner is having difficulty confirming my sit and I was wondering if the process has changed. She is new to TH & I’m not sure how to help her as I can’t see it from her end.
Any advice/help appreciated

I don’t know. This happened to me (as a sitter) for the sitting I’m doing now. It seems there was some kind of error. We tried both on the app and the web and somehow it got fixed.

You can also ask for customer support, they are usually very helpful.
