Contacting sitters/home owners

Can someone explain how HO can message potential sitters about upcoming sits, but sitters cannot contact owners unless applying.

Seems a bit one sided.

Recent changes have once again highlighted various issues sitters have because they cannot contact a homeowner, unless they apply to sit It seems to me that THS is breaching its own T&Cs by not permitting sitters to contact homeowners via the messaging service . Your thoughts please ? “3.2. The services we provide for Sitters are: 3.2.5. the ability to communicate with Pet Parents via the Platform’s messaging service”

Thanks, in my opinion, it should be the same both ways rather than an imbalance.

I agree though, it does appear to break their own rule. Be interesting what Admin say
