This problem has resurfaced. @Carla just advised me that THS is awarecand trying to fix it.

I’m still in the same situation as you. I contacted Member Services about it and they advised reinstalling the THS app. It’s not something I’ve done yet though so no idea whether that would restore our missing reviews or not.
@Chatsetchiens Reinstalling the app could never change the way others see the reviews, which is what people are concerned about. So that suggestion by Member services is useless, just some boilerplate response to keep you off their back for a while. Maybe that was the AI chatbot?
What one should look at is the url of the profile preview that looks like the one in my forum profile (at the top of this message). You can find yours by scrolling down on the dashboard page when you use the web interface.

I did get that suggestion from an actual person at THS believe it or not! As I said, I haven’t tried it myself but I did rather suspect there was probably more to it than that in order to rectify the issue.
We’re back to 9 reviews instead of 31!!
