I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and my reviews are all showing up now. I hope this is a permanent fix in the app and not just a temporary blip considering that you wrote on that other thread/post that “We’re continuing to work on other fixes including the issue with missing reviews.”
My missing reviews reappeared for 1-2 days and now they have gone missing again!

We’re still missing the last two of ours as well @Lokstar and @cat.tails - it weirdly shows for a fleeting second and then goes again. @SophiaK can you update us on this please? Support keep saying “ongoing bug. Tech team investigating” but it’s been weeks. Thanks
Thank you @Samox24 strangely some of them do appear again for a few minutes & disappear again or like @Cuttlefish says appear only for a split second. E.g our latest review last week popped up briefly & then it went back to the first 20.
Its been well over a month now. I’ve had several emails back & forth but no resolution yet…

My reviews for the last 5 years are missing. They occasionally reappear for a few minutes, then vanish again.

@Lokstar - this doesn’t bode well for the roll out of the long awaited revamped review system. Fingers crossed the launch irons out all these issues
FWIW, it’s not unusual for web and app updates (agnostic of THS) to produce bugs that need fixing. It’s hard for technical teams even much better resourced than THS to struggle with so many types of devices and versions of software and platforms and combos thereof.
If you have issues and want to be helpful, it’s good to 1. Specify the problem in detail. 2. Specify what device. 3. Specify what operating system. 4. Specify what version you’re using. 5. Tell them what you’ve tried to mitigate a problem.
That can help tech folks try to replicate the issue(s) and try to narrow down what the cause might be. But even then, often tech teams struggle to figure out what’s going on, even when they’re not stretched, as I imagine THS’s team is.
Generally, this can save you grief before contacting tech teams:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
- Make sure your operating system is updated.
- If the above fails, restart your device. Try again.
- If the above fails, delete the app and reload it.
- Check settings on your device (on how it interacts with the app, because sometimes reloading will reset those settings to defaults that hamper your use).
- Try to do again what you originally were trying to do.
Sometimes, it takes two or three tries.
If your app or operating system won’t update (whether because of a tech issue or an older device), that might be part of the problem.
Often, even large companies will stop supporting older operating systems or devices after a certain point, because it’s cumbersome and expensive to do that for a dwindling number of users. Even if the app or site works on your old devices or operating system, it’s probably unpredictable what functions will work vs. not.
Note: On computers / laptops, sometimes plugins from other sources or ad blockers will impede functionality on various apps. Depending on your needs, you can try removing them to test whether that’s a cause.
My husband has developed software for more than three decades, including working at a global behemoth with vast resources and at other large companies. All the above has applied even in such circumstances. And I’ve worked with various tech teams in my career, with identical issues. I’ve never heard of any app or software without bugs. And tech teams never even strive to fix all of them, because it’s not feasible. They typically pursue the biggest problems, as they pertain to their business results.
My reviews are back today. The APP was updated on Monday. They haven’t disappeared again so fingers crossed! They show this weeks and not back to 2019 as the last one. Customer services have suggested readding Monday’s version if you haven’t already.
What’s with the mobile app!?? It’s honestly soooo bad… Last month my reviews were all from 2018 and earlier (my last one was weeks ago and I’ve been sitting since 2017 with over 60 reviews) then magically it figured it out and my latest review was on there…
but today I just checked and it’s all back to 2018 and earlier again.
Please can you fix this!?!? It’s driving my OCD mad!

The APP was updated Monday so you need that version. I had reinstalled that day by luck as my reviews were missing. They didn’t come bck immediately but they did soon after and are still there this morning

My reviews since 2020 aren’t showing on the app and I’ve called to ask for help, THS has seen the issue, but it still hasn’t been fixed in the programming.
We have incredible reviews and it bums me out that homeowners looking at our application via the app can’t see them!

The reviews all show on the website, and yes, I updated the app. It’s definitely just a glitch i the app programming.
