If you have a new adress you have to get a new HO profile. But we have been HO for years with solid five star reviews and I was wondering what to do when starting at a new adress - I suppose we could put some of that explaination in the discription of us ??
No, you keep all of your reviews. Just note in your profile that the reviews were for your previous address, which is what other hosts routinely do.

I have seen a listing that has two homes. They change the address regularly, like monthly, and it does not change. (Quite messy profile, but seems to bring them sitters to both towns).
I think you just change the pictures of the house, home and location section and other relevant information that may be different like accessibility, public transport, amenities…
As @Maggie8K said, most owners also add a note like “sits prior to X date refer to our previous house in Y” That helps sitters to adjust their expectations.

You keep the same profile, just change the details. Also add a note to say your reviews from pre ?date are from your old house. Because as sitters we sometimes take note of whether people mentioned where the shops are, or how near the off-route dog walks etc, so it’s much easier if we’re given the heads up before we attempt to work out the mismatch of info.

You may have to edit quite a bit as there may be changes that affect pet care and house tasks like where they are taken on walks, if they are let out to pee in the garden, garbage days, etc.
