I was wondering where in the internet browser I can find the favorites?
In my app I can mark “favorite” and also in the desktop webbrowser but I can’t find an overview of my favorites. In the app I can but not in the browser. Check screenshot where I can’t find a favorite in the browser.
LEFT = phone
RIGHT = internet browser desktop
If I am following this correctly, you are looking for the homes you saved/favorite on the desktop/website?
Desk top:
Log in
Upper right click your prifile pix
In drop down, click favorites
Then a list will appear
Maybe this depends on what tier one is in? I am a Basic sitter. I know that it depends on tier for homeowners whether they can see who saved their listing.
Edit: Now they show up! I needed to click a “More” button at the bottom of the page.
@HelloOutThere Yes, but when I click “Favourites” I get a list that looks very much like my inbox because the favourites that I had exchanged messages with are listed first. The other favourites I only see when I go to the bottom of the list and click “View more”.
@Rubos like @pietkuip pointed out conversations and favorites are merged together. Since you didn’t have a conversation with the Founex HO the search for a conversation returns an error.
In this case click the “View more” button on the bottom to expand your list of favorites. You may need to do that a few times, depending on the number of listings that you have saved.
After that click CTRL + F or Command + F (on Mac) and enter Founex in the search box. This browser search should find that particular listing.
I am brand new and I cant even see any hearts to click on either my phone or browser where you pointed, there are no hearts at all anyplace I can see? Does anyone know why I cant favorite anything?
