Where does a sitter view HOs who have favourited them?

HI

I have been on the site now for a year. I have favourited many sits, and had direct responses from pet owners. But, where do I find owners who have favourited me?

A lady I visited last week (dates didn’t suit, but I was passing by) has favourited me, I did not receive an email from the site to let me know.

I don’t know how it works for sitters, but home owners like me who only take the Basic plan can’t see who has favourited their listing.

Interesting question, so I checked. Seems you need to be Combined as a sitter. So basic criteria is host status.

We are sitters and have premium and have no idea who has saved us as a favourite. Don’t think there’s a way of knowing TBH, only vice versa. #wouldbenicetho

We are premium combined sitters & owners. There is no way to see owners who have favourited us as sitters, we can favourite sitters. We can see sitters who have favourited our sit listing. We can favourite other sits too but that’s all.

HO’s can favorite sitters??
We have been sitters since 2019 and I have never heard this.
Can any HO’s confirm this?

I am confirming it, the lady did it as I sat next to her on the settee.

I get an email that a sitter has favorited my sit. It’s possible your emails have gone to junk. However, when I click to see, it shows me ALL the sitters who have favorited my sit. I don’t see a particular individual tied to the last email THS sent. You can also find sitters who favorited your sit from you by looking in the dropdown under your icon on the upper right hand side and clicking “favourites”.

Yes you can but I don’t know what it means in terms of anyone getting an alert or being alerted. You used to be able to label sitters in the inbox which I found handy as a reminder about previous interactions with sitters, so there were maybe three or four labels and you could archive and then check if you needed a sitter and recall your interactions and impressions more easily. I think the labels were something like Favorite/ Like/ Unsuitable. They elminated this ability with the last change in the email system. I get the feeling they want homeowners to publicly post active listings so it always looks like there are sitting opportunities and they are trying to make it slightly less convenient to invite particular people and bypass the public system.
