Filing a Complaint - Having Difficulties

I had an absolutely retched sitter (this was several months after having a great sitter). She was scheduled to sit in another city after our home stay. I have tried repeatedly to contact TrustedHomesitters so they could stop her from doing another sit. I also want to file a formal complaint.

I only get automated responses and virtual chat responses. Any suggestions?

This worries me. How will you possibly get any help from TH if you had a serious damage claim or a no-show sitter and needed to take advantage of the Premium Membership coverage?

Hello @PatM Welcome to the community forum and thank you for reaching out asking for help regarding a complaint. I am sorry that you had any issues with your previous sitter and wanted to make sure you got the relevant help.

I can see that you already have an open complaint case with the Complaints team and they have sent you an email about it. If you reply directly to that email then they will be able to follow up with you. I have also sent you a DM with more information.
