Forgotten password, never receive 'reset password email'

Hi, this is driving me crazy. I’ve forgotten my password, but never receive a ‘reset password’ email

(for the main THS page, not this forum)

EDIT - I managed to get in in another way. But I still don’t know my password, and still never received a ‘reset password’ email!

I’ve just noticed it says:

‘A network or technical error has occurred. Please try again.’

in the log in page…
