Try to enter email/password manually
I actully log in with my google account vs. using an email and password.
well, you seem to have a problem login with your google account so try another way
I signed up with my google account, versus with an email/password combination. So I don’t have another way. Thanks for your input.

I asked the team, and they’ve suggested the following:
Go to trustedhousesitters.com/reset-password/
Reset the password using the email associated with your Google account
Set a new password
You should be able to now log in by entering your email and password (rather than logging in via Gmail).
If that doesn’t work, please drop MS a line for more help. ![]()

Thanks, Jenny. It says that it doesn’t recognize my email, because I never set up an email/password combination. I have tried every possible solution on my end multiple times and now need assistance from someone who can see what is happening on the tech end of things.
I initially used the option to sign up to THS with my Google account. (It also lets you use Facebook and Apple I believe). It has always worked in the past and I would prefer to keep that in the future. Why offer that option if it works for awhile and then doesn’t? I have many confirmed sits on the horizon and I want the service to work for me on all platforms.
I have reached out to THS via email and am waiting for a response.
