HELP! locked out of my account

I just tried to log in to my THS account and it says:
Looks like your email or password didn’t match our records. Please try again.

Can someone please let me know the emergency phone number for member support. I need to access my account as I am moving to a new sit tomorrow Friday 6 March and I need to see the details etc.

Okay, problem solved, I reset my password but that is very weird!

I was going to share this help article which suggests a password reset when that on screen message is displayed, but I see that you’re ahead of me.
