My 2FA is not working and I raised this as a issue with TH. I added the trusted email addresses to Outlook but this has not resolved the issue nor have I had any response from TH. From reading other emails on this topic it looks like my only option is to use another email address. I do have another email address but how do I change it in my profile if I cannot login?
I have been a member of TH for two years with no issues and been fortunate and had great sitters. I need to post a new sit for late February urgently.

This has been an ongoing issue for months, that THS seems either incapable of or unwilling to fix.
@marsbar, seems impossible to resolve without THS Member Services - support@trustedhousesitters.com - or use website chatbot, ignore bot, and connect to human person.
I contacted them again yesterday and it is still being investigated. If I don’t hear from them soon I will be cancelling my membership and requesting a pro-rata refund of the membership fee as I am paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. It is a shame as I have two very positive sits for our dogs but there are other platforms.
