Funniest or memorable memory from a sit?

Hi @Victory - We would definitely go back. In total, we were away from the UK for seven months, Greece - New Zealand-Australia. The whole experience was fantastic but New Zealand was on another level. It is such a breathtakingly beautiful country,

I got the OK from the pet parent to take this adorable goof ball to a waterfall 2 hours away. It was actually so much fun, and so cute to watch him swim and interact with everyone at the spot. He was the star of the show, the fan fav, everyone knew his name by the end of our outing.

Was looking after a particularly gorgeous fat ginger cat, always up for a cuddle, he was like my fat ginger shadow.

I was having a bath one night and he came and sat on the edge. I thought “it’s a cat, he’s not possibly going to try and…” Before he tried to climb in with me and I had to move very quickly to stop him! He then lay very sadly on the bath mat until I got out and paid him attention!

Hi @ERRa was it a Maine Coon by any chance because they love water? :cat::sweat_drops::sweat_smile:

Not quite that big and fluffy! I’m looking after a couple next month though so I’ll prepare myself for company in the bathtub!

Actually on the same sit (it was a very memorable sit), I had to pull a tick off one of the cats - the oldest, grumpiest one naturally. There were actually some tick shots in the house that you applied to the skin at the back of the neck. But you really needed two people to do it - one to hold the cat still, and one to administer the shot, and there was only me.
I did consider my life choices as I was crouched behind the sofa with rubber gloves on and a loaded syringe as the cat slept - before leaping over the back of the sofa and pinning the cat as he yowled and tried to get away and successfully administered the shot!

LOL. Have you had success with wrapping a towel around a cat?
