I’m a long-time sitter and a great fan of TH. Started out going to less-trafficked places to “get my foot in the door” and started accumulating 5 star ratings. Now I have a much easier time getting “sits”.

I did the same thing here in Washington and only have five star ratings. It takes some effort, but I rarely get turned down. My second pet sit was in Switzerland, mostly because the pet owner was a professional basketball player in Europe originally from here in Washington. I’ve had lots of small world experiences like this from traveling And pet sitting. Sometimes it’s hard to believe!

Yes, once you’ve built up 5 star reviews it’s easier. Trouble is, most sitters have 5 star reviews!
