We sold our home in Wisconsin in 2017 and have been house sitting fulltime since then. We recently completed our 50th house sit. It has been quite the adventure!
We travel in a Toyota Camry and carry everything we need with us. We started with our first house sit through TH in Newington, NH. From there we have driven from the east coast to the west coast to the Canadian and Mexican borders…and back several times, with many sits in between. We have cared for the most wonderful critters…and we’ve met special people who have become like family and friends for life. As semi-retired IT educators, we’ve been able to work part-time online on a contract basis. Life is good!

I too started in my Tacoma. Down to a suitcase on wheels, a backpack and a passport.
