My husband and I live on an organic Micro-Dairy in western Kansas. We love to travel, but find it difficult with the animals and chores. We have Jersey cows and Nubian goats and make our own dairy products for sale (cheese, butter, cream, yogurt).

Is there something about this breed that makes them particularly good for dairy? I love goats milk and goats cheese so much! So please share more about the sort of cheeses, butter and yogurt you make…Any favorite flavors? Can you tell i’m already drooling over here thinking about it
