HELP! Remedy needed to award appropriate number of stars when review already submitted!

Just want to give credit where credit is due. Support has remedied the “star” problem and both HO and we are very pleased with the efficiency on this. Have a great sit, all of you who are currently taking care of “furballs”! - Cheers

Were are hosts and now having this problem with an otherwise stellar review. The sitters rated us 5 stars but the overall rating is 3 stars. They are new to the platform and possibly selected 3 in error before correcting it. We have been in touch and don’t recall doing this. I emailed support and put these details in chat, but have heard nothing for days. Is there a way to get this issue escalated from my end? I’d prefer not to have to ask the sitters to get involved further as they don’t believe they did anything incorrectly. Also if support isn’t responding to me it’s likely they won’t reply to the sitters either.

It really needs to be the sitter contacting support to advise THS that they meant to give you 5 stars.

Good advise. However I would have thought that support would at least reply with any required steps to my email and chat requests. We appreciate your suggestion.

If they go on chat box and ask to speak to a human, they will be able to explain about the stars. It happened to me as a sitter and THS amended for me
