I forgot to “heart” a past sitter and would like to do this now. I can’t find where or how to go about it.
When they changed the messaging system a while back they eliminated the ability for hosts to “label” past applications. You also can’t search anymore. I believe this is on purpose to encourage hosts to choose “new” sitters and give more people opportunities.
Your interests as an owner are different from Trusted Housesitters agenda as a company so you’ll have to do a workaround and go back through your inbox and archive to find the sitter.
I’d recommend starting a separate document to include names, summaries, and maybe offsite contact info for every past sitter and every promising applicant who didn’t wind up getting the sit before, but you’d be comfortable inviting.
Did they review you or you them? If so, you should be able to click into their profile from your reviews.
