I’m not a home owner, but maybe the answer can be found here?

Hello @Lukeaa and welcome to the TrustedHousesitters community forum. I’m sorry you didn’t get an answer via the support line, which is currently asking people to email membership services while everyone is still working at home in the UK. The forum is also a great way to get help from other members at times when MS have a higher level of queries as everyone begins to travel again, all at the same time
It’s great to hear that you’ve had lots of sitter responses, and hopefully you’ve worked out from the dashboard and with @Kelownagurl 's help, how to pause your listing.
I have put the instructions here just in case, or for other’s who might need same information:
Pausing a listing to review sitters:
In the dashboard message centre the “pause applications” is on the left hand side … just hit "yes"and it will pause all applications while you review applicants.
Once you accept a sitter and they agree to the sit also, the sit will also stop showing as live.
Hope that helps, all the best, Vanessa
@Lukeaa since it sounds like this may be your first time I just want to mention that once you accept a sitter from your list the other applicants will receive an automated message letting them know they were declined. From what I’ve learned here on the forum, the automated decline feels a bit harsh on the sitter’s end. I now send a personal, more friendly note first. Good luck, I’m sure you’ll find a great sitter!
