Hey guys, just finished my first sit and I’d like to review the homeowner as well. I only saw an option to request a review from them but not a link for me to do my own review of the home/pet sit. Many thanks

On your Dashboard click the drop down box and go to Feedback. You should find the completed sit there. It will usually appear the day after the sit ends.

Just to be aware of the terminology, owners give reviews, sitter give feedback and you can find the help you need on this and other membership questions on the forum and by using the website Help Centre, search using key words.
Where was your sit and what furry friend (s) did you make?
Hi @Angela_L , thanks for clarifying the wordings, I’ve been doing it wrong (just thinking ‘reviews’ for everyone). Even tho I’m new here, I might not be the only member thinking solely in terms of ‘reviews’ - was there a reason the THS team decided to go with these 2 different terms? I’ve also seen ‘rating(s)’ - all kind of confusing. Anyone else here with me on this?

Hi @UrsulaS like everything new until we get familiar with the system it can be very confusing plus the very nature of technology is change and often just as we become familiar with one application it changes.
By giving two different terms we determine that there is a difference, sitters give feedback on the sit, they are not reviewing in the same way that pet parents/owners sitters. I hope that helps.
