I’ve got applications, but I can’t seem to get to their profiles. I click on everything I can find, nothing happens. Anyone have any idea what I’m doing wrong? I used to just be able to click on their name and their profile would come up.
It sounds like you need to contact support. When I have emailed them, they responded the next day.
