I recently reactivated notifications. I set up several saved searches in Europe as that’s where I will be. I created them on desktop but I am only getting them by email.
I keep getting US sit notifications on my phone. I’m not interested in those as I won’t be there.
I can’t figure out how to refine my notifications. Is there a way to get mobile app notifications for my saved searches only? Any tips?

I get notifications not only for my saved searches, but also for my favorites. You might want to try checking your favorited homes and “unfavorite” any that are US based. For searches, you can specify whether you want an alert or not, though in my experience that isn’t always reliable. Often I will see a search ON the search a few hours before I get a notification about it.
Make sure to look carefully at your THS profile, communication preferences, AND look carefully at your phone, within the THS app, look at your settings.
When everything is “set” correctly, you should get notifications ON YOUR PHONE (quickest) for your saved searches and for any of your favorites who post new dates.
You have to set up your saved searches through the mobile app and not the desktop @theenglunds to get notifications on your phone.
Most notifications I get is from favorited listings that publish new dates.

I checked with the team and they confirmed:
You can set up notifications, either on your phone or on the website. On the website, if you want to get phone notifications instead of email, go to your saved searches, and check that the alerts are ‘off’ to receive notifications.

@temba plus 1 for this. @theenglunds. Saved searches set up on the app will send an alert within the hour if you have notifications on. For European sits, however, they could very well be reviewing by the time you get the ping. We just scored a sit in Southern Spain and the homeowner said she got 5 applications within 5 minutes. I find favorites work better for getting almost immediate notifications (which is how we got our application in for the above said sit.)
Same here. We took the time to go through all listings in the countries we are interested in and favourited those sits appealing to us. That’s where we get most alerts from.
