In the past when a housesit was completed it was easy to leave a review. I’ve done many. This time I can’t. What’s new that I am missing. I dearly wish THS had at least marginal customer service!
Nothing has changed except it has to be done within 14 days of the sit ending.
It’s been the same way for a little while, so are you sure your end date has actually passed?
We’ve just done one where the owner hadn’t tweaked the end date when their plans changed, so just have a check of that. The earliest you can review is the day after the sit ends.
Late December 30, 2025 I finished with a sit (I am homeowner) and I received an email to do the review within about a day or two from the formal end date. Did you receive that email?
Have you managed to leave a review now? Was it simply a timing issue? I did wonder if maybe the other side had got timed out on their membership status….
