I have just joined TH. I have paid extra for a Duo account, and set up our profile, and verified all our email addresses and phone numbers.
I can access our account on my laptop and on the app, but my partner can’t log in to our Duo account on the app on her phone. It says the email and password aren’t recognised. We’d both like access to the app to arrange house sits.
Help would be appreciated thanks.
The app Forum requires a ‘profile’ to be created it’s seperate from the website Duo profile. Your partner needs to add their own email and create a password and an individual profile in there. They can then add a link within that App Forum profile to your Duo THS membership.
Or do you mean something else?
