I have been trying to update my home address as I am moving to a new home in another state. The website does not provide an option for making this change under ‘settings’ and ‘account detsils’ as I was instructed to do several times via the chat help. If I’m unable to do this in the next few days, I will need to discontinue my membership. Can anyone provide me with a solution?
