I can’t log into my account. I have tried to reset my password 3 times to no avail. Login via Facebook has a technical issue. I had an e mail, 24 hours ago, saying my query is logged and that someone will ring. As yet I have heard nothing. I have 2 sits booked and I want to discuss my upcoming renewal.
Update - I’m still waiting. Does anyone have a number I can ring to get this sorted please?
Hey @Kari if you go online to live chat, it takes you to “Frankie”. When it asks what you want, just reply “speak to a human” and you should get put through to someone. Usually when you get an email response as you have, someone usually responds via email, not a phone call. In my experience that is the case.
worth trying a different browser and also try accessing from a message thats been emailed to you from Trusted.
Update
I had been ‘mistakenly’ suspended for having a picture of my pet corn snake on my profile!
I feel it would have been better to alert me to the problem before the suspension.
I have a similar issue. I created my account with a Facebook login and as there is this technical issue, i cannot login. Did you figure it out?
They had suspended my account without telling me. They didn’t like my snake picture! I went on chat and requested a call back.
I had a problem with Facebook login for a while, in Chrome on OSX. Then I worked around that by using a different browser (Safari). And after two weeks or so the problem on Chrome had gone away.
