Is it just us or is anyone else having issues with log in?
There are many others who face this problem. Tell more about what the issue is, and someone might have tips.
we got automatically logged out on phones and laptop, when trying to log back in wouldnt recognise us, eventually got back in after having to change password

Sorry to hear that you had some issues getting logged back in, initially, though I’m glad you’ve been able to log back in now.
If it happens again, please drop a note to Membership Services.

I can log in OK, but when clicking on any listing in a browser, I get a “400 Bad Request” error message, and it’s been going on for a couple of weeks now.

If you’re using web, can you let me know which browser you use, and if you use the app, what kind of phone do you use e.g. Apple or Android?
Have you reported the issue to Membership Services?
