Leaving a sit midway for the first time, need some support

Did you meet all the requirements and follow all the steps when you submitted your Sit cancellation claim ?

Did you ….

Inform member services (MS) of the cancellation within 24 hours ( if you called the Urgent Support Line they have a transcript of your call )

Send MS a screenshot of the message where the host asked you to leave .

Submit The receipt for your alternative accommodation showing the address* amount paid and dates of your stay ?

*this must be with 20 miles of the sit .

If you followed the process , ask MS for the reason why your claim for reimbursement has been denied.
