I wonder if you want to reach out to Membership Services and ask for a support agent to go through your listing with you? They can point out any updates and answer any questions that you might have.
You can also post your listing link to your forum profile so the community can help you and review it. If you want me to add that for you just let me know.

As Therese mentioned members should not be rude to each other and if you feel you would like to raise this with the Membership Services team please do.
