My pleasure to meet @WarrenUK and be able to make myself useful by helping out and taking over his sit for a short while so that he could attend a concert with his family.

Not all heroes wear capes

Had a fun meetup today in Pacific Grove (Monterey) at PF juice and Java with @JulieV . It’s always nice meeting other sitters.

Libby and I were so pleased @Karen65 had posted a possible meetup in Bideford, Devon. The three of us had a great chat over coffee this morning. As we’re all Aussies, our chat just wasn’t about THS! We wish Karen all the very best in her travels and has a wonderful time pet sitting wherever she goes.
See you back in Oz sometime, Karen!

It was great meeting Margaret and Libby and “picking their brains” about applying for sits and other useful tips.
I’m sure we will meet up again somewhere in Oz perhaps.
Safe and happy travels to the two of you.
Cheers

James Murray and I met with fellow pet/house sitter Richard @richten1 today and shared experiences we’ve had in this wonderful lifestyle we’ve chosen.

Thanks Richard for suggesting we meet in Old Amersham as we may not have visited there otherwise.

We met at The Kings Arms hotel is a 15th century coaching inn. It was used in the filming of Four Weddings and a Funeral, some episodes of Midsomer Murders and Miss Marple. The town was used as a setting for Poirot and Jonathan Creek.

Great to meet @ACLRJM today. Was great to chat and I refuse to believe either you were not always outgoing!
Hope you enjoy the rest of your sit near High Wycombe.
