I’ve been a sitter here for seven years and just went to renew my membership. Last year I clicked on “cancel automatic renewal” and was offered a 20% discount which I took. I just went through the same procedure and received the message that I have claimed this discount previously and cannot claim it a second time. I thought it was possible to claim the 20% discount each year or has this changed? Would like to hear from THS regarding this.
@Globetrotter - We were given the 20% discount last year, but a pop-up at the time told us that it was a once-only offer
Hi @globetrotter. Can I suggest you use the magnifying glass in the top right hand corner and search a topic called discount codes. I raised the same topic last March.
THS stated the discount code could only be used once but I used it every year until recently.
I am a ‘basic’ member and to maintain that level of membership I have no alternative but to leave auto renewal on and receive no discount. If I remove auto renewal I will be required to pay the next level of membership.
Personally I would say that the cost of membership represents good value but I don’t appreciate being told something is true when clearly it isn’t.
I have removed auto renewal and my 10 year membership expires in April.
