My feed is not updating

Has anyone else had a problem with the house sit adverts not updating? Since THS changed / updated their system my feed is only refreshing once every 24hours.

I’m an experienced house sitter with 70+ sits so I know how the system should work. It used to refresh at least hourly, possibly more often than that. But since the ‘update’ my feed is refreshing once per day sometime around 1 am UK time. This means I’m missing out on applying for new sits when they are first advertised.

I’ve contacted the THS team daily for the last week. I initially got a response but no-ones replying to me now.I’ve asked for a technician to contact me, but I’ve had no contact and no resolution.

Is it just me?

@Plattsac The default feed is set to Recommended (which is basically those with low applications). If you change the Sort by to Newest, you’ll probably see more activity. That’s for both the app and the website.

The suggestion @Snowbird made should do the trick. I have been checking listings for a specific date range on a pretty regular basis. When I just checked it now–filtered by newest sits first–I saw several new listings that were not there several hours ago.
