I am 51, from the Netherlands and have recently joined this lovely site.
Just finished a 4+ month house sit in the Algarve, Portugal which was really great.
Now that I have the taste for it I would like to see what future pet- and/or housesits might be waiting for me here!
My broad experience with especially dogs & cats has been a real joy throughout my life and I’m more than happy to take it to the next level by offering my services in the form of a regular, ‘professional’ pet- & housesitter!
Since I’m retired I’m practically free to go wherever, whenever…
I am available for profile tips as well as all kind of other advices or comments!

Ahh yes, the Algarve is beautiful, we have just returned from there ourselves.
I have just had a peruse of your profile and it looks great and I see you have 3 references which will certainly help when trying to secure your first sit.

Also, remember you can use the spyglass symbol at the top of the page next to the TrustedHousesitters logo and search for any questions that you may have as they have most likely already been answered on here and of course if not then please just ask!

My idea is to try to fix a couple of short term sits within a couple of hours driving from here in the next few months. Further in the year I’d like to go to Spain, Portugal or maybe even Australia, Canada, US or New Zealand. Who knows!
