New members from the great city Amsterdam

Hello everybody here. We are a couple living in Amsterdam, near to the centre, but in a quiet neighbourhood.
We have a lovely house on the ground floor, near to a parc. We have three cats: one is a three legged, former stray from Egypt, 8 years old. Then another former stray from Egypt, 14 years old and a really old cat, nearly 19 years old. The last two need medication, once a day. But it is administered through their food, so no hassle. We also have a nice little plantplace (in pots)outside our house, on the street. So these plants will also need care.
We hope to be able to also sit in houses from other members. We love all kind of animals!

As I haven’t found a thread covering a list of questions to ask from HOs to sitters (only the other way round) so how about cumulating them here? What do you ask your potential sitters before you decide?
