Hi! I just had a sitter forthe first time in my home.
I would like to make a review but the sitter doesn’t apper in past sitters.
Since I am new at this I perhaps didn’t confirm the invitation and the sitter either.
I can’t find thes two notifications in my profile.
I would really appreciate getting help with this issue.
Thank you and have a great day.

Hello @Garibaldi56 and a very warm welcome to the Community Forum
Firstly congratulations on having your first sitter/s and it’s great to hear that you would like to leave a review for them and be sure to request feedback from your sitters too, (also just a quick point, feedback will be called review once the new review system is implemented).
Just to clarify, you can leave a review the day after the sit finishes. You would normally see a “pop up” when you next sign in to your account which you can either complete there and then or you can complete by clicking on your profile photo icon and then selecting past sitters and you can leave a review from there.
It sounds like the sit may not have been confirmed from what you have said so I would suggest you email support@trustedhousesitters.com and they will look in to this for you. Just for future reference a sit should always be confirmed once you have selected your sitter/s and this would then show up on your dashboard once they are confirmed.
For reference, as a member, you can also add your TrustedHousesitters profile on to your Forum profile by following the attached link, should you wish. This will then enable others to offer you helpful advice and feedback and will also give your listing extra exposure!
If you are unsure how to do this, or if you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to ask, we are all more than happy to help.
Also, remember you can use the spyglass symbol at the top of the page next to the TrustedHousesitters logo and search for any questions that you may have as they have most likely already been answered on here and of course if not then please just ask!
Welcome @Garibaldi56 to the forum it’s a great place for advice and there’s no silly question…
It can take some time to understand the THS platform . This article discusses your situation so I am sure you are not the first member this has happened to .
For future sits, here is how to confirm ….after you confirm the sitter has to “agree to sit “ so maybe this was the step that got missed ??
