No review came up for owner or pet sitter

I did a pet sit last month that the owner reached out to me. It was a great sit but neither of us has been given a place to review the sit. We are wondering what we did wrong.

Hi @Mastiffmom - was the sit confirmed fully and did it show in your calendar?
There are several stages to confirming a sit and it can be rather confusing. A few members went ahead with a sit although it didn’t go through the full process.
If in doubt contact Membership Services for assistance.

As I understand it: After that, you need to send an application.

Then the HO needs to accept.

Then you need to confirm.

It seems to happen quite often that in the case of invitations, not all those steps are taken.
