I have the current version of the app.
Routinely restart my phone.
Use several apps without an issue.

But for the last few days…opening the THS app is like nails on a chalk board.

After 3 minutes…I give up…

Not sure what it takes but the app’s functionality needs to improve.


Hello @HelloOutThere That does sound frustrating. There have been no reported issues from the team regarding the app not loading. Please feel free to send these screenshots to Membership Services. They will be able to look at your account and troubleshoot with you.
