Problem leaving a review

Hi All. I left a sit 2 days ago and clicked on notification to leave a review. Been trying since yesterday but every time I click on “leave a review” the page just freezes. Tried on different phones and different wifi. I’ve emailed THS but wonder if anyone else had experienced a problem? Thanks

I find the app too unreliable and unstable for anything except searching for sits. For applications and reviews, I open an internet browser app and access the TH site that way. Have you tried that?

A couple of questions so I can pass the information to the right team;

  • Were you leaving a review via the THS app or, on a browser?
  • (if applicable) Which browser were you using?
  • What make/model of phone(s)?

If anyone has recently had the same issue leaving a review, please share the information above and how you navigated to the review e.g. via a link from a THS email.

Hi Mark. I’m using THS app from Samsung phones An A15 and A35 The phones are fairly new. Tried on home wifi(02) mobile data and now new homeowners wifi. Never had this problem before

Hi Mark again. Navigated from THS link then when it froze went into past sits and tried to click into leave a review from there.

I use Android and can leave a review in the app without issue, but submitting one through the email link process hasn’t been possible so far. Additionally, clicking on pop-ups for saved searches results in an error, the window opens eventually though. Each time it’s the same grey error notification

As @meow says, I also find the app to be not as effective as the website.

Hi All, problem appears to be solved now. I received another link from THS via email and the click worked. Thank you all

Just to confirm, an app update including a fix for Android devices leaving reviews has been released on Android 2.82.1

(Latest iOS update also released is iOS 2.82.1)
