Tech support with leaving a review in android app

I am trying to leave a review using my Android phone app. I have tried multiple times in two ways. Then I updated my phone. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the THS app. Still stuck. This is what keeps happening. The two ways I have tried:

  1. When I first log in to the App it pops up the “Would you like to leave a review for…?” prompt. I give 5 stars overall. Next screen I give 5 stars for communication. Next screen the “Next” button overlaps with my phone controls and I can’tclick thru or proceed. All I can do is click back and it brings me back to the beginning.

  2. I go to past sits, pick the sit I want to review, and click leave a review. From there I get a choice to chat with the host or leave a review. The leave a review button does absolutely nothing.

Is this a known problem? The clock is ticking on the review window. I will try a computer in a few hours when I have a chance to go online.

Frustrated AGAIN.

You should be able to access the THS site from your phone using the web browser. The layout may be just different enough to accomplish your goal.
