We discovered this: if you search alternative broadband/TV package service providers in the days prior to the phone call, it is ‘visible’ to your broadband provider and puts you in a much stronger position.

Wow that’s a little unsettling that they have that data available to them. I’m wondering if it’s the same in oz.
