I’ve just tried to request a review from our most recent sit, but there’s no way of doing it that I can see. I go to Past Sits and there it is, and my review of the sit, but no button to request ours. has it moved somewhere else?
I’ve just completed feedback for my last sit on the computer and, like you’ve found @Sunshine_G, there’s no Request a Review button to press to owner. However, if you use the app, you can request it still on that. I’m thinking the inconsistency is all to do with leading up to the blind review changes.
I’ve just been to the online chat. I asked about requesting a review and ‘Frankie’, their bot, went round the same loop three times without answering my question. I asked to speak to a human, and one did appear straight away.
They said review requests are now automatically generated - but the HO (and presumably sitter) won’t see it until they log into their account. I imagine most HOs don’t bother logging into their account for weeks or months after their holiday! So we’ve had to make our request via WhatsApp.
I explained the problem with this on the help chat, and they said the blind review system is going live in the next few weeks… I asked would requests be automatically generated, and would there be an email notification or would members still have to log into their accounts, and they said it’s still being worked on, still being created.
So I guess it won’t be live in the next few weeks then… but I have asked them to pass on my feedback about many members not logging into their accounts any time soon after their holiday.
