@Mark_B what is THS doing about all the listings with missing responsibilities when viewed on the app? I’m still seeing those daily.
Thanks for the update @Mark_B I just checked the listing I spoke about in my OP and the Responsibilities section is now showing on the App in the same new format as the website. Hopefully this particular issue is now resolved
I think I get it but am now more confused ![]()
It doesn’t seem to matter how many times we set all alerts to push we never get any email notifications for sits. Maybe it’s because we only use the app? Or you have to set the alerts up on both functions? Am I understanding the post properly? #comeonwiseonehelpplease
@Cuttlefish yes, I confuse everyone , it’s a special trait of mine and took years to perfect ![]()
The web version and the app version for saved search notifications are different. If you use the app you can save both push and email notifications. If you have only used the web version, there is no option to get push notifications. So you need to have an updated version of the app to get both options. Check each saved search individually and make sure both push and email are switched on. I didn’t realise this. I just had notifications turned on in the settings, not specifically for my saved searches.
First image, my example, is for a saved sit for United Kingdom.
Second image is the app view on saved searches, both email and push notifications are options.
Third image is the web version option on saved searches, email is the only option…
So! Phew! If you aren’t receiving email notifications, check each and every saved search to make sure both push and email are switched on and be sure you have the updated app installed.
