Review alert

Hello, will an owner see they have a four star review when they are sent the email alerting them that they have a new review. Thank you.

As far as I know, they will not know this @Louise7. Only that you have done their review and it’s time for them to do yours. It wouldn’t be a blind review system if either member was alerted to a less than 5* review before they had written theirs.
Perhaps someone on the forum who has received a 4* review might be able to shed light on your question as well.

I have deleted all my review alerts on myself so I can not see from a sitters side. I know when ever i have submitted one on the owner it has bounced an email to me saying ‘congratulations on your 5* sit’ or similar words.
I hope somone can help futher, cheers.

No they won’t see any of the review until they submit theirs ( or when 14 days are up )

That relates to the 5 star review you’ve just left for the pet parent.

@Happypets yes I realise that. Interestingly, I have not yet received an email about the one I just submitted which turns up as a four.
