I have contacted THS as I notice that one of my review blurbs has disappeared although the 5* part is still there. I was told by THS that as the owner was no longer a member so the blurb gets wiped.
I don’t understand why this needs to happen and just wondered what everyone else thought?
As a contentious sitter I liked that owners were able to read all that had been written.
When I go to my Past Sits, I see all past Reviews, including those from Inactive Pet Parents.

Hello, @L1sa One thing that springs to mind is that if a member asks for all of their information/accounts to be deleted under GDPR law then this might happen. We have owners who have not yet renewed and the review content is still there. Maybe double-check that part with Membership Services.
