I went to fill in review and it disappeared!! before i could write a comment. It will have been my technical can i retrieve it? Help please, this is my first review of my first sit.

If you were writing it because a pop up box showed and told you to do it, then could you have simply clicked away without clicking anything at all in the box? If so, you simply need to go to the category called ‘past sits’, on a laptop it’s in the top right corner where your profile pic is, not sure about the app. Then you simply complete it from there.
I never complete it from the pop up box, I always just go into ‘past sits’ when I am ready. It’s straight forward from there onwards.

It’s always a pain to write a considered review only to then have it disappear, so we always write it in a word document (usually before leaving a sit), then cut and paste into the required section on the day following our departure. It saves any time, alleviates risk of it disappearing into the ether and is easy to do whilst things are still fresh in your mind.

In app, go to Your sits (at bottom line) and then view all Past sits.
Choose sit and write review. It is a good idea to write it in Word or similar as others suggest. I usually have my review pre-written when I get the option to write the review, as I write the draft during my sit.
